So we had our formal dinner and no left hungry or dis-satisfied.

Starter was chicken or smoked salmon stuffed puff pastries

Then on to onion soup

Then a short break and some sorbet.

We Scathach warriors have pot luck get-togethers any time we can make up an excuse for one, but they are never formal dinners because we don't have table-and-chairs seating capacity at the Motherhouse for that many people. Lots and lots of wonderful cooks in our group, too!
