Yup, a pretty red ribbon. I got high marks for everything except flavor. The comment was it lacked character :P
I think I'll enter it again next year after it's aged some more. I'm also going to enter a photo or two and look at spending more time there. Maybe on a Sat night and see about getting some really nice pics of the midway.
I love the country fayres.... with all the animals and veggie competitions.... not to keen on the fairground attractions at country fayres though.......
oh my fanks for the chicken photos.... the little grey chicken is the same breed as our mabel only she is golden brown.... she is a little silkie :)

Yeah my little silkie Mabel, is a daft git, they are one of the species of chicken that dont have waterproof feathers, but she insists in staying out in the rain when it rains and she gets drenched LOL.... and all her head feathers stick up like a punk rocker lmfao........ :)
