Blogger doesn't seem to have an option that requires at least a name for making a comment, so I've decided to limit comments to anyone with a Blogger account.
Hi JeanC! I was sure I saw a setting to prevent anonymouse comments but now I can't find it. It comes up quite often on other blogs that "this blog does not allow anonymous comments" just as it says below the box I typed this in. The blogger forum might be able to help too.
