Turmeric!!!!

My turmeric root arrived yesterday. WOW! So fast. Amazon is still showing the package is scheduled to be delivered on the 1st LOL!

I will bring in a pot with soil tonight when I get home and let that warm up. I will put some of the smaller fingers in to grow. Just have to figure out which window I will be able to put it in, I don't have many and the kitchen window will be right out for the pot I have in mind. I will figure something out. Once the weather gets really nice I can put it out on the deck.

So the rest will be processed for tinctures or used for cooking. I will keep a couple in the fridge and the rest will go into the freezer.
