The Rick Sanchez show to be specific. He got a call from CNN yesterday after someone there googled the IRS regulations Joe Stack had run afoul of and found an essay my bother had posted on his website, "Important Note for Recruiters and Contract Agencies", in regards to Section 1706.
So sad that guy felt he had to go to the extreme of killing himself and trying to kill other people while he was at it. The tax code REALLY needs to be overhauled so other people don't feel like they have to do the same thing.

Section 1706 was one of Reagan's bright ideas, wasn't it? I seem to recall it being part of the big IRS reforms in the mid-80s.
I do believe it was part of the "overhaul" from then.
