One reason I love YouTube is a lot of great stuff gets posted. This one from Joy Nash is one that needs to get spread around.

It was terrific, except for two things really detracted from its message and were disconnects: she felt the need to tell everyone they had to diet and exercise (only then, if you're still fat, it's okay) and I didn't get that scene with the fat friend stuffing her face with every stereotype of "junk" food.
