For the past several years, there has been a neat event called the Boomershoot. One of these years we are going to go and someday hopefully get to participate.

Ah, man! that looks like fun! Do they allow non-Americans. I wonder? I guess you have to supply your own firearms...

Non-Americans can participate. Usually one needs to provide their own firearms, tho I imagine some non-US folk probably borrow them from US friends.

We had a guy in the U.K. hear about the event on Thursday get on a plane then participant in the event on Sunday.

We also had a couple resident (U.S.) aliens from India participate this year.

So the answer is YES!
