Got nothing done yesterday, just too icky and gloomy. Today is nicer, the sun is out and it is warming up.
I've a cassoulet in the oven, half is for dinner today the rest will be for Tuesday's luncheon. If it turns out I'll post the recipe a bit later.
Still have to do the bread. My bread hasn't been turning out as well as it should this week, has to have been the weather. I'll be making a couple loaves of sourdough today to go with the cassoulet.
Two more clocks to re-set, the big microwave, the oven, oh, three I almost forgot the thermostat for the furnace :P I always forget that one.
