Tho beer brewing isn't as simple as it looks, esp if you've never done it before and are readnig the instructions off of photocopied pages that came with the brew kit :D but we've now got a carboy of what is suposed to be a heffen-weisen (couldn't find the specified yeast, so went with a regular ale yeast) sitting in the kitchen and hopefully we'll be seeing some fermentation tomorrow. We are definately going to have to get our hands of some basic brewers books so we'll actually know what we are doing know what we are doing :P
So hopefully in about 10-14 days we'll actually have some beer to bottle and then in 7 days after that, some to drink
