Julius J. Carry III 1952 ~ 2008
I first saw Julius in the movie The Last Dragon, where he played the wonderfully over the top villan Sho'nuff, the Shogun of Harlem. The movie is wonderfully campy and I highly recommend people to run, not walk to their nearest video store to see if they can get their hands on it, if only for Julius' performance.
He popped up in a number of shows, but my favorite character of his was Lord Bowler, a bounty hunter in The Adventures of Brisco County Jr.. Brisco was a fun show, but Julius' being in it made it even better as he and Bruce Campbell were great playing off each other.
I will miss him.
