Poor, poor wittle Paris Hilton, she got sick in jail and the nice Sheriff let her go home early to serve out her time in the comfort of her own home.
Poor, poor abused Paris. Must be nice being a rich skank who doesn't have to park her ass in jail just like everyone else who's broken the law.
The Sheriff's office states she had a medical condition that warrented her going home on house arrest (house arrest having been completely ruled out for any reason by the sentencing judge by the way). Funny, most inmates with any medical conditions usually get slammed into the infirmary, or if serious enough, escorted to the hospital where they get to spend time handcuffed to a bed.
Must be nice to get sent home instead.
As I've said before elsewhere, money talks and bullshit walks and the little brat is getting special treatment, regardless to what the various defense lawyers being interviewed on TV say. If she was poor and her last name wasn't famous, her ass would have been in jail the first time it was discovered she'd violated probation by driving without a license.
The little brat is NEVER going to learn ANYTHING if she keeps getting let off. The idea of her learning it on house arrest, in the lap of luxury in a 4 bedroom, 3 bath house where you KNOW mommy will be seeing to it she gets everything her heart desires the entire time, including being able to go out and party, becasue everyone KNOWS Paris' job is partying and being seen (gotta keep the paparazzi employed ya know) is so totally laughable it ain't funny.
This shows how totally screwed up the American justice system is.

Looks like Ms Whiney Brat is on her way back to jail, to serve the FULL 45 days she owes the state for breaking the law AND the Sheriff is getting called on the carpet for letting her go home early.
