Shredded pork sandiwch

The pork came out wonderfully and the BBQ sandwiches I made last night were yummy. We picked up some real cheeses on the way home, the sliced American processed cheese stuff didn't sound like it would do the pork justice, so we picked up some crumbled blue cheese, provalone and co-jack.

I didn't feel like BBQ sauce today, so I just brought plain shredded pork and heated it up with blue cheese and put it all on a toasted parmesean bagel.
