After rejecting a plea deal form Duncan's lawyers last week it looked like the trial would happen and Shasta would have to testify. Late last night jury selection was postponed and a special hearing set for this morning.
News now is Duncan will plead guilty to the Idaho charges. The death penalty is still on the table, if he doesn't receive the death pentaly in the federal case against him.
