LINUX!

The hubby has me set up with the linux distro ubuntu, so I don't have to use Windows for a lot of stuff. I will have to keep it for Diablo II and AcuChef, but that isn't a problem. Ubuntu has lots of ways to customize it to my tastes, so I'm going to have fun.

I think that you will love Ubuntu. Last Christman, I tried every Linux Distro I could get my hands on, installing one after the other. I finally settled with Ubuntu and I love it!

I'm definately lovign it so far, esp after hubby figured out why my Firefox was running like crap. The distro didn't like the theme I was using for Firefox. We switched it to a different one and voila! Things are running so much better.

I'm also happy that Gimp has been tweaked so I can run my photos thru it instead of having to boot into Windozes to run Photoshop. The first time I tried Gimp I couldn't figure out how to simply crop my photos without having to plug in values to the darned thing. I'm not THAT good dealing with computers LOL
