- plastic rug protector cut and stapled to office floor to protect what's left
- mini souffles made with eggs, bacon, cheese and onions, cooked in muffin tins, cooled, wrapped and stored in freezer
- pizza dough to make 4 12" pizzas in freezer
- scored empty bottles for beer thru Freecycle
- went to planning meeting for Samhain
and a number of other odds and sods.
Went to the CoOp yesterday, they opened in their new location. Used to be the Garts store, before that it was Safeway. They are still getting up to speed, there were a lot of shelves where items weren't priced. Picked up a deluxe sized Devil Ducky :D
Made a pot roast in my little slow cooker. Took part of it and made some packet gravey and added the meat, served it over mashed potatos for dinner tonight. The rest of the roast will go for dinner later in the week. The mini souffles came out well. I'll plan on making a really big batch of them sometime in the next coupel of weeks. They will be good to take to work for mid-morning snack.
Kitten is continuing to do well, he's eating his kitty crunchies with no problems, so we are weening himoff the bottle all together. We'll probably supplement with formula every couple of days just to give him the extra nutrition he needs. He's growing like a weed. We noticed the bull's eye pattern on his side is repeated on the other side too. Typing is gettign fun, he keeps attcking my hands and waling over the keyboard hehehehehe. Gonna have to break him of that habit. He's after hubby's hands now LOL.
