It's official, gouge, gouge, gouge

Moscow's hit over $3 a gallon for regular. The Chevron station at the intersection of State 8 and main is $3.10 a gal, everyone else is $2.95 or $2.99.

Looking closer at my bike, the tires are showing thread thru the cracks inthe sidewalls. So I hit my favorite bike shop in town, they don't have the tires I use, not sure if they make them anymore. The didn't have my size in any other style, so will take the front tire in later this week and see what they can fit me with. Tires were running $15 each, so not too expensive. They also had a really nice seat I'm going to buy evntually. It is extra wide, has gel inside and has springs. It's called a cruiser seat and I think it will be a nice upgrade for my bike. Priced out headlights and checked out rear reflectors and blinkers. I do need to get some new foam inserts for myhelmet, they didn't sell them, I may have to go to Shopko or Walmart to find them. The foam is disinigrating and the helmet doesn't fit anymore, too big.

Here's my bike (sans seat):

It's definately been outside a while:

Did some home repair yesterday, the wax gasket on the toilet needed replacing, so we pulled it off to see what we needed. So off we went to get a new wax seal and bolts for holding the toilet to the floor. While we had it off we decided to repaint it, so now the floor of the bathroom REALLY looks like the floor of an abitoire LOL I'm laying new linoleum tiles when they come in, so I didn't care how messy the floor got. Bright red really shows up well heheheheheh. Of course we finally get it back together and in place and then find the tank was cracked. SIGH!!!!! So today we'll see what we can do to repair it. I hope we don't have to replace it, I just got done painting the tank and I don't want to have to do it again.

Weather is windy and cool today. Wish it would rain. Went out Friday evening and commited serious yellowjacketcide. Got 3 nests on the north side of the mobile and 3 nests in my Escort.
