Today is supposed to be a scorcher, luckily I'm in air conditioning and hubby has it set up in the office.
I have 2 batches of Alton Brown's ice cream mix in the fridge today. One regular as written, the other with splenda instead of sugar. I'll pop one in the ice cream maker tonight, the other will go in tomorrow.
I've got banana chips in the dehydrator, they are taking forever to dry. One batch is plain banana, the other was dipped in honey I thinned out with water.
Going to stop at the big garden on the way home tonight and cut spinach and do a little weeding and some watering. My garden at home will get some attention later in the evening.
