Well, it is Sat morning and the expected snow storm seems to have fizzeled before it even got here, tho we did have a major wind blow thru last night and finally died down in the wee hours of the morning (tho sometime after 4am, it was still blowing then). Since we live in a mobile home, we can feel every wind gust that comes thru.
Instead of sleeping in, I have been up since 7am, I was going to roll over and go back to sleep, but then figured that would not be a good idea if I am going to the sleep clinic tonight.
Made the polenta last night, I have 2 loaf pans full in the fridge. I'll slice them and top them with gorgonzola and bake them to heat them up and melt the cheese.
Well, time to curl up around my coffee, I'm really going to need it this morning.
