Looks like the wonderful folk at Bravenet have finally gotten a way to show IP addies for posts on the tag board. I'd noticed Wil (Hi Wil) had an IP for some dipwad who'd posted on his tag board, so I popped back here and looked. YAY!!!!!!!!!!! This will definately make tracking down trolls easier.
