Finally used the single burner butane stove to do stirfry, it worked so wonderfully well. When I needed a low heat, it lowered right away, when I needed high heat I got it. Stirfry will be so much easier now and other cooking as well, I won't have to heat up the house in the summer trying to cook something on top of the stove:)
