Eat right, exercise, die anyway

News reports the other day had a story about Brian Maxwell, the guy who was a marathon runner who invented the Power Bar. He dropped dead at the age of 51 of a heart attack .


Then there is the story out of Sequim Washington about Eva Fridell who passed away at 110 years old. She shunned exercise, milk and loved sweets, Irish coffee and the occasional beer.

There is a lesson in here somewhere
